FedEx Logistics in Memphis (hybrid) seeks a qualified Staff Attorney II to provide legal counsel to the corporation and its subsidiaries while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The role includes participation in litigation and other duties as assigned.

Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries Ensures their effective operation in accordance with federal, state, local and/or international laws.
Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA Accredited law school and admission to the bar or equivalent in jurisdiction outside the U.S.
Four (4) years of experience and demonstrated competency in relevant area of law specialization.
Superior academic record. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations, and communication skills.
Commercial Transactional experience handling complex commercial transactions domestically and globally. Client communication and good problem solving skills. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence is considered a plus.

This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, and Plano, TX, and candidates must live withina 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
