Job summary

White & Case seeks a Spanish-fluent junior associate to join the LATAM Technology Disputes group in Los Angeles or Miami. You will handle privacy, data protection, and intermediary liability issues for major tech clients worldwide, building case strategy and advising cross-border teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Commercial Litigation, strong drafting and communication skills, and the ability to work with global counsel on complex regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in CA or FL to sit for cases in those jurisdictions.
• Spanish language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop litigation strategy and draft substantive pleadings for global matters.
• Guide clients through regulatory investigations by international authorities.
• Advise on risk assessments for new products, policies, and laws worldwide.
• Analyze reports of unlawful social media activity and moderation.
• Present global analyses of laws affecting social media platforms.
