Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent degree.
• Admitted to the California bar and in good standing.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent drafting skills with focus on accuracy of facts and persuasive argumentation.
• Experience supporting litigation across multiple stages (pre-litigation, pleadings, briefing, witness prep).
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-legal business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop litigation strategy and draft substantive pleadings for matters globally.
• Guide clients through regulatory investigations by international data protection authorities and other agencies.
• Advise on risk assessments related to new products, policies, and regulations worldwide.
• Analyze reports of unlawful social media content or moderation.
• Research and present global legal analyses affecting social media companies.
