White & Case LLP seeks a commercial litigation attorney in California to join our Los Angeles office. The role involves developing litigation strategy, drafting pleadings, and guiding global investigations with on-the-ground counsel.

The candidate should have 2–5 years of experience, be admitted to the California bar, and possess excellent drafting and communication skills. You will handle complex disputes across jurisdictions and provide practical client advice.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm.
• Juris Doctor or equivalent degree.
• Admitted to the California bar and in good standing.
• Excellent drafting skills and oral and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop litigation strategy and draft substantive pleadings for matters worldwide.
• Oversee on-the-ground counsel to implement strategy and guide regulatory investigations.
• Advise clients on risk assessments regarding products, policies, and regulations.
• Analyze reports of unlawful activity and draft client advice and regulatory submissions.
• Draft pleadings, briefs and client communications for court and arbitration proceedings.
