Qualifications

• Admission to the Illinois State Bar is required.
• Legal practice experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent oral and written advocacy skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team model; pro-bono/public service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases (divorce, parental decision‑making, parenting time, orders of protection, guardianship).
• Report directly to the Executive Director.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals.
