Job Details

Ideal candidate will have experience litigating consumer financial services cases for major financial institutions, primarily involving mortgage‑related disputes.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and arguing motions and pleadings in federal and state courts.
• Managing cases from start to finish, including discovery, strategy development, client communication, and settlement discussions.
• Assisting in class action defense under federal and state consumer lending laws, conducting legal research and factual investigations.
• Collaborating with a team handling large‑scale litigation portfolios for national banks and financial services companies.
