The Premier AmLaw 100 Firm is seeking a Career Associate Attorney to join its Consumer Financial Services Practice Group in a Hybrid role. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation and work with leading financial institutions on complex matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience, a JD from a top-tier law school, and active bar admission.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing.
• 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions is preferred.
• Background defending matters under FCRA/FDCPA/TCPA is advantageous.
• Ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise juniors.
• Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings in state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate strategy, and support investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related documents.
• Work with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters in a national team.
