You will support HIPAA privacy compliance, advise on Wisconsin insurance laws, and monitor regulatory developments to keep DDWI compliant while supporting subsidiaries and affiliated entities.

We're seeking a Staff Attorney to join our team to provide legal assistance to all of Delta Dental of Wisconsin departments and subsidiaries on regulatory matters.
This is a full-time hybrid position with a preference for candidates located in the Madison, WI area. The role includes regular in-office collaboration on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Remote work may be considered for qualified candidates residing elsewhere in Wisconsin.

Doctorate or better in Law or related field.
Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin or ability to waive into the Wisconsin bar
