Against Abuse Inc. is seeking a Staff Attorney for a hybrid WFH/in-person role to provide legal services from brief advice to full representation, with a focus on family law and orders of protection.

Job description

The roles and responsibilities of the Staff Attorney will include what is typically expected for legal services ranging from brief advice/consultation and limited services to full representation, primarily on family law cases and orders of protection.

This is a hybrid WFH/in-person role with a flexible schedule to support work/life balance, with benefits including payment of Arizona Bar fees, malpractice insurance, and CLEs; health, dental, and vision insurance; and a salary range of $95,000-$105,000 DOE.

Our ideal candidate would have 5+ years of experience practicing law, strong trauma-informed lawyering skills, a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, Arizona Bar membership, experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, or stalking, and is bilingual in Spanish.
