Who We Are:
GLOW, Grassroots Law & Organizing for Workers, is dedicated to shifting the balance of power towards greater equity in our economy and society by leveraging legal strategies and resources to build worker power. In the past four years, we reached over 65,000 low-wage workers, engaged in litigation impacting over 6,000 low-wage workers, put approximately $10 million back into the hands of low-wage workers and their communities, and provided technical support for over 30 organizing campaigns.
