Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing.
• Use a needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
