Job summary

State Farm independent contractor agent is seeking a customer-focused individual to establish lasting relationships with clients in a sales and service capacity. You will respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing, while educating customers about suitable options.

Responsibilities include providing prompt, accurate service, following up with clients, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
