This is not a traditional administrative position. The role sits at the center of a fast-moving organization working with senior business executives, policymakers, Members of Congress, and Administration officials. Success requires someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and executes with little oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and scheduling support to the CEO.
  • Coordinate meetings, client engagements, events, and travel logistics from start to finish.
  • Manage front-of-house responsibilities, including greeting clients and guests and preparing conference spaces.
  • Track priorities and ensure deadlines are met across multiple workstreams.
  • Prepare briefing materials, correspondence, and meeting notes.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
  • Independently manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Handle rapidly changing priorities with professionalism and composure.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience or internships on Capitol Hill, in a Republican congressional office, on a political campaign, or in a comparable political environment is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and hit deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and execute without constant direction.
  • A service-oriented mindset, no task is too small, and follow-through is the standard.

The ideal candidate is someone who naturally takes ownership, follows through, and keeps the trains running without needing to be asked twice.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Highly competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • 401(k).
  • Health and related benefits.
  • Opportunities for unique professional growth.
  • Exposure to CEOs, founders, investors, Members of Congress, senior Administration officials, and nationally recognized business leaders.
  • Unique opportunities to travel in support of executive meetings, client engagements, and special events.

About the Opportunity

Our firm represents a sophisticated portfolio of clients operating across public policy, national security, infrastructure, technology, and other highly regulated industries. We maintain a Republican perspective and operate in an environment where responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail are expected every day.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys working hard, embraces a high-performance culture, and wants to build a long-term career in government affairs and strategic advisory services.
