Under the leadership of the Legislative Director, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to engage directly with the inner workings of the U.S. Congress and federal regulatory landscape. In this role, you will track legislative activity, draft reports on congressional briefings and hearings, and coordinate meetings for professionals and clients with key Congressional and Administration staff. You’ll benefit from hands‑on experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with experienced members of the Lobbying and Policy Practice Group to manage schedules, handle communications, and provide high-level administrative support. Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential, as you’ll be expected to navigate complex political avenues and manage sensitive information with discretion. This position requires in‑office support, with the potential for a hybrid work schedule after the training period.
For applicants that meet the experience requirements for the role and are physically based in Washington, D.C., the expected salary range is $57,000 – $65,000 annually upon commencement of employment. Starting salary will be determined on an individualized basis with consideration to prior experience and additional qualifications. This is in addition to a comprehensive benefit package offered by the Firm.
