The Administrative Support Assistant role is an entry-level position designed to build a strong foundation in legal administrative support. This role provides essential clerical and administrative assistance to attorneys, paralegals, and legal administrative staff while offering hands‑on training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. Administrative Support Assistants are part of a firmwide administrative support team (FAST) and provide assistance across multiple attorneys, practice groups, and offices. Individuals in this role are expected to be detail‑oriented, dependable, coachable, and motivated to learn in a fast‑paced professional environment. For applicants that meet the experience requirements for the role and are physically based in New York City, New York, the expected salary range is $48,000 - $56,000 annually upon commencement of employment. Starting salary will be determined on an individualized basis with consideration to prior experience and additional qualifications. This is in addition to a comprehensive benefit package offered by the Firm.
