You will serve as Architect of Record in Nevada, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with AHJs, design managers, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a NAAB-accredited program.
• 10+ years of professional architectural experience, including at least 5 years on industrial, manufacturing, or process facility projects.
• Licensed Architect in Nevada, or eligible with NCARB certification and ability to obtain Nevada licensure within six months.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D software, especially Revit and Bluebeam Revu; Navisworks and Forma preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead code analysis and life safety design through permit approval.
• Act as liaison to AHJs; manage permit exemption lists and variances.
• Develop architectural concepts and detailed drawings across project phases using Revit and BIM tools.
• Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Lead project scheduling and cost estimating; mentor junior staff to licensure.
• Provide construction observation and contract administration.
