Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong understanding of building science, sustainable technologies, and low-carbon materials.
  • Familiarity with construction methods, building codes, and zoning regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
