Job summary

Class Valuation is seeking a Staff Appraiser in Maryland to perform traditional, hybrid, and desktop residential appraisals. You will ensure USPAP compliance, manage data collection, and work with a team to meet production goals.

We value independent decision making, strong knowledge of local markets, and at least 3 years of residential appraisal experience. FHA approval is a plus. Competitive benefits and reliable monthly volume are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience.
• FHA Approved appraiser preferred.
• Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
• Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
• Manage data collection, verification and analysis.
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards.
• Stay proactive with status updates and communication.
• Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required.
