Job summary

Class Valuation in Houston, TX is seeking a Staff Appraiser to join a growing national AMC. You will complete market value residential appraisals and ensure compliance with USPAP, while enjoying reliable order volume and reduced administrative burden through our support systems.

This role offers a flexible work environment with remote and in-office opportunities, strong benefits including health, dental, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active certification as a Residential or General Appraiser in good standing.
• FHA Approved appraiser preferred.
• Minimum 3 years residential real estate appraisal experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
• Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
• Manage data collection, verification, and analysis.
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards.
• Stay proactive with status updates and communication.
• Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required

Education

Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing
