Job summary

Class Valuation is seeking Certified Residential or General Appraisers in Arizona to join as a staff appraiser on a W2 basis. This role offers reliable monthly order volume, access to cutting-edge technology, and a competitive benefits package including paid CE and a robust 401(k) plan.

You will perform market value residential appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops) while adhering to USPAP and state laws, with strong support from our team and streamlined payroll and tax processes.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing.
• FHA Approved appraiser preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience.
• Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
• Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
• Manage data collection, verification, and analysis.
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards.
• Stay proactive with status updates and communication.
• Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required.
