Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to build models that route auto insurance shoppers to the most suitable carriers and to own end-to-end deployment from data to production. You will handle late labels, sparse sessions, repeat users, and drift while driving measurable ROAS improvements.

Collaborate with data engineers and media buyers to develop scalable pipelines, validate models with production data, and ensure alignment with business goals, compliance, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on applied data science with measurable business impact driving paid media decisions.
• Expert Python and SQL, neural network fundamentals, and end-to-end model ownership from data to deployment.
