Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a senior data scientist to build and own models that determine which auto insurance carrier shoppers see on the click wall. You will push carrier conversion data into production and optimize media buying models focused on ROAS.

By day 60 you will run insurance marketplace media buying on your own; by year one, click wall serving, production conversion models, and automated bidding at scale are live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on applied data science with measurable business impact.
• Expert Python and SQL, plus neural network fundamentals.
• Own models end to end, including sparse features, late labels, and drift.
