Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data-intensive roles with leadership.
• Expert SQL and Python for production pipelines, data quality, and orchestration.
• Experience designing canonical or certified data models for multiple downstream teams.
• Ability to lead under regulatory pressure with accurate data for exams/audits.
• Influence engineering practices beyond own team and mentor others.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the data systems, architecture, strategy, and roadmap for the Compliance Data stack.
• Build production-grade data models and pipelines across retail and institutional products.
• Drive data quality with contracts, validation, monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with upstream/downstream teams and compliance leadership to close data gaps.
• Lead responses to regulatory exams, audits, and time-sensitive data requests.
• Shape engineering standards and culture through architectural decisions and code reviews.
