Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics engineering or data-intensive roles with leadership.
• Expert SQL and Python for production pipelines, transformations, and data quality automation.
• Experience designing data models serving multiple downstream teams with warehouse tech.
• Ability to lead under regulatory pressure and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own the systems, architecture, technical strategy, and roadmap for the Compliance Data stack.
• Build production-grade data models and pipelines covering user, transaction, and compliance data.
• Establish data contracts and validation/monitoring to ensure quality.
• Lead responses to regulatory exams, audits, and time-sensitive data requests.
• Shape engineering standards and mentor engineers in the team.
