Responsibilities

The selected candidates will provide administrative support and assist in a variety of functions for the Department of Security in the Operations Support Unit and Field Operations. The incumbents will keep track of invoices; verify allied security guards schedules; reconcile procurement cards and reconcile requisitions of materials used with the Field Operations and storeroom;responsibilities also included but not limited to the timely collection and dissemination of information / documentation; collecting, preparing and analyzing data for studies, reports; alerts and notifications; creating technical reports and spreadsheets and charts and presentations using technical tools and customized computer system software; assist in the delivery of oral presentations to the Executive Staff; participate in special projects. Mandatory overtime may be required, as needs arise.Maybe required to work weekends, holidays, and different tours.

Education and Experience Requirements

Staff Analyst Trainee I:

A Baccalaureate degree in a related field from an accredited college.

Staff Analyst Trainee II:
A Baccalaureate degree in a related field and one (1) year of full-time experience as a
