  • Develop models to calculate profitability of sales rep activity and make recommendations about how to optimize that activity
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, product, and marketing partners to provide data-driven insights to support process and spending enhancements
  • Build analytics plans to support A/B testing, evaluation, and launch of new sales strategies, tools, and processes (e.g., prospect scoring models, Salesforce features, etc.)
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights and contributing to overall business strategy and growth
  • Proactively identify risks to sales team performance and propose mitigation strategies to leadership
  • Ensure data integrity by collaborating with data engineering teams to maintain accurate, scalable data solutions
  • Mentor junior analysts and assist in refining analytics processes, models, and reporting tools
  • Stay current with trends in the home services industry, sales staffing function, and emerging data tools to keep our platform competitive
