Job summary

AbundantAI, based in San Francisco, seeks a Member of Technical Staff to push frontier model reasoning and intelligence. You will work with the founding team to co-design strategies with top researchers and contribute to production-ready research at scale.

You will own the research-to-production lifecycle, collaborate on data strategies and alignment, and help shape high-performance DL systems for real-world deployments.

Qualifications

• Advanced research in CS/ML/NLP with publication record preferred.
• Experience shipping research to production and live systems.
• Expertise in large-scale agent systems, orchestration, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Drive foundational research and execution across the research-to-production lifecycle.
• Collaborate on model alignment, data strategy, and benchmark design for high-impact AI systems.
• Autonomously identify long-running, high-leverage research projects and manage them end-to-end.
• Work with data pipelines, internal tooling, and high-performance DL algorithms.
