Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in systems engineering for automated driving, robotics, or complex software/hardware releases.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, automated testing, and agile workflows.
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams, align roadmaps and budgets.
• Experience defining requirements and traceability to metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional AI systems team for robotics development environments.
• Define and implement a company-wide system design and deployment framework.
• Improve system development lifecycle with automation and standard tooling.
• Research, adopt, and integrate cutting-edge software tools into the ecosystem.
• Establish continuous testing standards and QA practices globally.
• Provide daily technical guidance through design reviews, documentation, and testing.
