Bosch USA is looking for a Head of Technology and Development for ADAS in North America. In this role, you will lead the technical vision and strategy for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). As The Head of Technology and Development for ADAS in North America, you will lead the technical vision, strategy, and execution for our global advanced driver assistance systems development and deployment. This includes driving innovation, overseeing a high-performing engineering team, and collaborating closely with global counterparts to deliver cutting‑edge L2+ and L3 ADAS solutions. While your primary focus is on the overall functional ADAS technology roadmap, you will also play a crucial role in defining the ADAS development and delivery ecosystem that enables our success. This involves defining, delivering and managing a global, multi‑project capable data‑driven platform for training, testing, and deploying AI models‑focused ADAS systems to our customers.
The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $290,000 - $400,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package.
