Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Technical Lead / Architect to drive AI‑powered smart cockpit solutions. You will shape the architectural vision and lead cross‑functional teams across AI, embedded systems, and automotive software to deliver proactive, personalized cockpit experiences.

Responsibilities include defining end‑to‑end architectures, deploying ML pipelines on edge devices, and orchestrating multi‑model AI with cloud integration while ensuring safety and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field with 5+ years of AI/ML‑driven system development.
• Hands‑on expertise in ML/DL with experience deploying models on edge/embedded automotive platforms.
• Experience integrating Generative AI/LLM capabilities into real‑time environments.
• Knowledge of edge AI optimization techniques and proficiency in Python and C++.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end architecture for AI‑driven smart cockpit systems across hardware, middleware, and application layers.
• Lead design and implementation of AI/ML pipelines, model optimization, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Architect multi‑model/LLM orchestration and on‑device model adaptation for edge automotive deployment.
• Architect efficient edge AI execution (quantization, pruning, latency, power) across CPU/GPU/NPU.
• Design hybrid edge–cloud architectures for personalization and scalable feature delivery.
• Integrate multimodal AI capabilities with real‑time safety constraints and telemetry.
• Establish data pipelines, monitoring, and iterative AI capability improvements in production.
• Define evaluation and observability framework tied to release readiness.
• Drive program execution across architecture, AI, and integration workstreams to ensure timely production readiness.
