Robert Bosch Group in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a visionary Head of Autonomous Driving Technology & AI Development to lead the technical roadmap for ADAS across North America. You will steer architecture, define the data-driven ecosystem, and drive a multi-project platform for training, testing, and deploying AI models in L2+/L3 ADAS.

The role requires leadership across global teams, deep cloud expertise, and hands-on engineering excellence in C++/Python.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Last 5 years of proven track record leading complex software projects from concept to production in the ADAS domain.
• Deep understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data lifecycle management, including data acquisition, processing, and storage.
• Proficient in C++, Python, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with ADAS system architecture and development, specifically for L2+ and L3 autonomy.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADAS technology strategy and define North American roadmap.
• Drive innovation by exploring new concepts, algorithms, and hardware.
• Build and manage high-performing, globally distributed engineering teams.
• Collaborate with global ADAS teams to align strategy and leverage synergies.
• Oversee data lifecycle design for training, testing, and deploying ML-based ADAS systems.
