Cribl is seeking a senior AI/ML Engineer to join the founding team. You will prototype AI features, integrate cutting-edge AI into Cribl products, and collaborate across backend, frontend, and ML models. You will stay current with AI trends and help scale AI-driven analytics for enterprise customers.

You’ll work with partners and stakeholders to deliver practical AI-powered observability enhancements and telemetry solutions, shaping the product roadmap and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE and 6+ years of experience.
• Ability to solve problems from first principles.
• Experience with products that gained significant user traction or scaled to large user bases.
• Experience as an AI/ML Engineer and ML Ops.
• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and either Node or React.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and experiment with new AI features with product engineering teams.
• Work across backend, frontend, and interact with LLMs and ML models.
• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based integrations into Cribl's core products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
• Work closely with fine-tuning models, Prompt Engineering, and Inference Platforms.
