Cribl is seeking a senior software engineer to help integrate AI features across its observability data products. You’ll develop and productionize AI-driven integrations within Cribl’s core suite, collaborating with product and design leads to prototype new capabilities and ensure reliable, scalable delivery across backend services and React UIs.

You’ll stay current with AI tech trends, contribute to architecture decisions, and communicate complex topics clearly in a distributed, remote-friendly

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering AI features in production.
• Strong fullstack background with React-based UIs and scalable backend services.
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and at least one backend language (Node.js/Go/Java).
• Experience integrating AI agents, tool-calling patterns, RAG, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations into Cribl’s core products.
• Partner with product and design to prototype and experiment with new AI features.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends; communicate results to stakeholders.
