Cribl is seeking an experienced software engineer to join the founding team and help shape the future of search and analytics for observability data. You will productionize AI-based integrations into Cribl’s core products and collaborate with product and design to prototype new AI features.

The role requires deep full-stack capabilities, TypeScript/JavaScript, and backend experience; you will work with MCPs, agent frameworks, and external data integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building AI features end to end in production across product, backend, and model integration layers.
• Proven fullstack experience, including designing and scaling React-based UIs and backend services or APIs.
• Experience with Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and agent orchestration in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations into Cribl’s core products to solve real customer problems.
• Partner with product & design leaders to prototype and experiment with new AI features
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
