Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability software company, is hiring a senior software engineer to productionize AI features and integrate AI capabilities into Cribl's product suite. You will work with founding team and top engineers to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI integrations that solve real customer problems.

You will collaborate with product and design, stay current with AI trends, and help scale React UIs and backend services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building AI features end to end in production.
• Strong fullstack experience, including React-based UIs and backend services.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and backend languages (Node.js, Go, Java).
• Experience building AI agent-driven product experiences, including conversational interfaces and orchestration.
• Experience with Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and agent orchestration in production systems.
• Machine learning experience in production and familiarity with observability patterns.
• Ability to solve problems from first principles with clear communication in remote settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations into Cribl’s core products.
• Partner with product and design leaders to prototype and experiment with new AI features.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
