This role sits at the intersection of software, data, and AI, partnering with Product and Business teams to translate requirements into scalable, reliable, high‑impact solutions.

Based in Sprouts’ Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ, this hybrid position requires in‑office presence Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or 2 years in AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and APIs/distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Translate business problems into scalable technical implementations.
• Build APIs, AI services, and modular frameworks.
• Develop POCs and prototypes to validate new approaches.
• Ensure production readiness, monitoring, and observability.
