This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, data, and AI, partnering with Product and Business teams to translate requirements into scalable, reliable, high‑impact solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or 2 years in AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs and distributed systems, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Translate business problems into scalable technical implementations.
• Build reusable components: APIs, AI services, modular frameworks.
• Develop POCs and prototypes to validate new approaches.
• Implement MLOps practices: CI/CD for models, monitoring, retraining, versioning.
• Create data pipelines and integrate AI into enterprise workflows.
• Partner with product teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Ensure production-ready, observable, and cost-effective systems.
