Job summary

Cribl is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to help design and integrate AI features into our observability platform. You will work with the founding team and engineers to prototype, test, and deploy AI-powered capabilities across Cribl's products, including LLM interactions and ML model integrations.

The role expects 6+ years of experience in CS/EE, ML engineering, and ML Ops, with proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and React/Node.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE with 6+ years of industry experience.
• Experience contributing to products that have gained significant user traction or scaled to a large user base.
• Experience as an AI/ML Engineer and ML Ops.
• Proficiency in Typescript/JavaScript and React/Node ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and experiment with new AI features with product engineering teams.
• Work across backend, frontend, and interact with LLMs and other ML models.
• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations into Cribl's core products to solve real customer problems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
• Work closely with fine tuning models, Prompt Engineering, and Inference Platforms.
• This position will require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
