We seek a Staff AI NodeJS Engineer focused on AI Agents to design, build, and optimize agentic solutions for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, own features from concept through production, and stay current with AI advancements while applying practical, evaluation-driven approaches to new tech and APIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack development using NodeJS with TypeScript.
• At least 1 year of experience in AI Engineering role.
• Versatile across backend and frontend tasks and technologies.
• Stays current with AI/Agentic tech and best practices.
• Collaborates with clients with clear communication and accountability.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with Multi-Agents concepts and MCP Servers.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs/SDKs and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build AI Agentic solutions.
• Define technical requirements and implement features end-to-end.
• Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend development.
• Stay informed about AI trends and continuously learn.
• Apply evaluation-driven approach to AI solutions.
