Job summary

Accenture is hiring an AI Native Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI systems integrated across enterprise environments. You will collaborate with clients, shape use cases, prototype rapidly, and deliver secure, scalable workflows within modern cloud-native architectures.

You will work directly with stakeholders to ensure robust data-driven agent workflows, measure performance, and drive adoption across industries, leveraging leading AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of engineering with cloud-native systems.
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production or near-production.
• Minimum 1 year experience with modern AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and abstraction layers for multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum 3 years of Python/Java or equivalent and 12-factor apps + IaC (Terraform, Helm).
• Minimum 3 years of client-facing communication and collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (minimum 12 years) or 6 years for Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
• AI Platform integration across providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) to enable seamless enablement.
• Cloud-Native Engineering using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI systems.
• Domain-specific workflows across finance, healthcare, and retail to automate processes with intelligent agents.
• Engage with clients through design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven workflows.
• Define and measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost with test harnesses and evaluation plans.
• Craft reusable patterns and documentation to influence internal assets and client roadmaps.
