Cribl is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to help shape the future of observability data with generative AI integrations. You will work with the founding team and engineers to prototype AI features, spanning backend, frontend, and ML models to deliver impactful improvements.

The role requires a strong foundation in AI/ML, ML Ops, and TypeScript/JavaScript with Node or React, plus the ability to operate in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE with 6+ years of industry experience.
• Ability to problem solve from first principles and focus on overarching objectives.
• Experience contributing to products with strong user traction or scale.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and experiment with new AI features with product engineering teams.
• Work across backend, frontend, and with LLMs/ML models.
• Productionize, launch, and operate AI integrations within Cribl's core products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
