Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability company, is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to join the founding team and shape AI features across Cribl products. You will work with backend, frontend, and ML models to deliver real customer value, productionize AI integrations, and stay ahead on AI trends.

The role requires a 6+ year track record in CS/EE and experience with AI/ML systems, ML Ops, and TypeScript/JavaScript ecosystems. Cribl is remote-first with strong benefits and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE; 6+ years of industry experience.
• Ability to problem-solve from first principles and stay focused on objectives.
• Experience on products with user traction and AI/ML components.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and experiment with new AI features with product engineering.
• Collaborate across backend, frontend, and ML model integrations.
• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based integrations in Cribl products.
• Stay up-to-date with latest AI technologies and trends.
• Work with fine-tuning models, Prompt Engineering, and inference platforms.
• Stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties as needed.
