Cribl is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join the founding team and help integrate Generative AI capabilities with the Cribl product suite. You will shape search and analytics of observability data and collaborate with engineers to deliver customer-focused features.

You will prototype AI features, work across backend and frontend, and productionize AI-based integrations to solve real customer problems. This remote-first role offers a competitive base salary and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE with 6+ years of industry experience.
• Ability to problem solve from first principles and maintain focus on overarching objectives.
• Experience contributing to products that have gained significant user traction or scaled to a large user base.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and experiment with new AI features with product engineering teams.
• Work across backend, frontend, and interact with LLMs and ML models.
• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations into Cribl's core products to solve real customer problems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
• Collaborate with fine-tuning models, Prompt Engineering, and Inference Platforms.
