You will lead the design of probabilistic ML solutions, define success metrics, and drive experimentation to ship high-impact features while balancing speed and quality.

Qualificações

• Senior product management experience with growth/experimentation/data-driven consumer products.
• Quantitative background in statistics or measurement for probabilistic systems.
• Ability to make ML-specific product decisions and evaluate model performance.
• Experience in consumer-facing products with large user bases and mature data/experimentation practices.
• Strong communication skills with patience for teaching non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexible, pragmatic mindset and ability to move fast.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy for customer-facing ML applications aligned to growth objectives.
• Design non-deterministic ML-centric product solutions and identify where ML adds value.
• Define how model performance is measured and evaluated, including probabilistic outputs.
• Lead experimentation and testing to decide what to ship.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and CRM/mercial partners on requirements and targets.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Balance model quality with business needs and move quickly.
