Dexcom is seeking a Staff AI/ML Engineer for the Data Products & AI group to lead end-to-end AI/ML systems across teams. You will steer problem framing, model design, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization, combining cutting-edge AI with strong software engineering to build scalable, safe features for health data products.

• Proven track record shipping AI/ML systems to production.
• Strong experience with Python and modern AI/ML libraries/frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory and product partners.

Responsabilidades

• Set technical direction for end-to-end AI/ML capabilities across multiple teams and products.
• Tackle complex modeling problems using predictive models or generative AI, including LLMs.
• Define evaluation and safety standards, metrics, benchmarks, and monitoring for AI systems.
• Shape technical strategy and roadmap, balancing model performance, latency, cost, safety, and regulatory needs.
• Raise the engineering bar across the group by improving training, serving, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and communicate complex methods and results to stakeholders including senior leadership.
