Job summary

You will design and train large models, innovate in training optimization and RLHF, and translate research into impactful banking products. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related field with 4+ years of Applied Research or MS in same fields with 6 years of Applied Research.
• Experience delivering libraries, platform level code or solution level code to existing products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional team to deliver AI-powered platforms and solutions.
• Build AI foundation models through all phases of development, from design through training and implementation.
• Engage in high impact applied research to push AI developments into customer experiences.
• Leverage broad stack of technologies to reveal insights from large datasets.
• Translate complexity of work into tangible business goals.
