You’ll own end-to-end AI experiences from prototype to production, optimize performance and safety, and collaborate across teams to deliver valuable user outcomes. Base salary targets are shown for Los Angeles, highlighting global compensation

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered products.
• Experience creating evals for AI output quality.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify problems.
• Ability to balance safety, privacy, and reliability in AI.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI experiences end-to-end from prototype through production for creators and visitors.
• Design multi-agent workflows with prompting, tools, retrieval, memory/state, orchestration, and controls.
• Create eval suites, regression harnesses, and metrics to improve AI quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, and trust teams to turn problems into high-value experiences.
• Optimize latency, reliability, cost, and safety for scalable AI features.
• Turn production feedback and behavior data into model, prompts, policy, and product improvements.
