Qualifications

• 8+ years of AI/ML development with a track record of product success.
• Experience with at least one backend language (preferably JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Go).
• Experience designing evaluation pipelines for model interpretability.

Responsibilities

• Lead applied AI investments and own technical direction for AI products.
• Work across teams to turn big ideas into shipped systems.
• Influence product innovation and engineering execution.

Skills

8+ years of AI/ML development

5+ years of deep experience in Python

Hands-on experience with foundation models

Strong expertise in LLM integration patterns

Strong and effective communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Machine Learning
