Twin Health, Inc. is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to shape the AI-driven product across multiple domains, leveraging Gen AI, AI agents, and deep learning. You will craft the core architecture, raise technical standards, and lead the hardest problems end-to-end with a focus on health outcomes for members.

Join a remote, global team working from the U.S. to advance predictive and personalized AI insights through the Digital Twin platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry AI/ML production experience.
• Experience setting technical direction and engineering standards.
• Proven track record leading multi-team initiatives.
• Experience with LLMs, Gen AI, RAG, and iterative AI evals.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence tech decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design core architecture for AI systems across product areas.
• Set engineering standards, testing philosophy, and CI/CD for models.
• Own hardest, ambiguous technical problems; deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Build/shipment of conversational agents and personalization systems.
• Improve AI/ML services to drive health outcomes for members.
• Lead code/design reviews; provide IC-level technical leadership.
