Ladders is seeking an Enterprise AI Platform Director to shape the enterprise AI platform strategy and guide shared capabilities across the business and technology teams. This remote US-based role emphasizes governance, security, and auditability while delivering a composable foundation for AI capabilities.

The position partners with technology and business stakeholders to align investments with priorities, drive adoption, and balance value, cost, and risk for long-term scalability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive technology experience in platform engineering, architecture, software engineering, data/analytics, AI/ML platforms, or enterprise tech leadership.
• Preferred cloud, architecture, data, AI, or related certifications.
• Strong understanding of governance, security, privacy, compliance, and auditability in enterprise AI.
• Excellent knowledge of generative AI concepts and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise AI Platform Director to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will shape the enterprise AI platform strategy and guide the evolution of shared capabilities that support broader business and technology priorities. The role will partner closely with technology and business stakeholders to align investments, improve adoption, and ensure the platform is built with governance, security, compliance, and auditability at the forefront. This is a highly strategic position focused on creating a composable foundation for reusable AI capabilities while balancing value, cost, risk, and long‑term scalability.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $141,433 – $223,550 annually
